I can't log in to Fieldbook

Login failing? Walk through these checks before contacting support.
- Use the email your Picketa account was created with. Type it manually — autofill often picks the wrong one.
- LENS and Fieldbook share the same credentials. If the LENS app signs you in, Fieldbook should too.
- Use "Forgot Password". Check both inbox and spam. The reset link expires in 30 minutes.
- Try a different browser. Chrome, Firefox, Edge, Safari — on any device.
- Contact support. Email support@picketa.com with your name and account email, or use the Support option in the top-right menu of the LENS app.
