I can't log in to Fieldbook

Login failing? Walk through these checks before contacting support.

  1. Use the email your Picketa account was created with. Type it manually — autofill often picks the wrong one.
  2. LENS and Fieldbook share the same credentials. If the LENS app signs you in, Fieldbook should too.
  3. Use "Forgot Password". Check both inbox and spam. The reset link expires in 30 minutes.
  4. Try a different browser. Chrome, Firefox, Edge, Safari — on any device.
  5. Contact support. Email support@picketa.com with your name and account email, or use the Support option in the top-right menu of the LENS app.
