I can't find my scan results in Fieldbook

Scans missing from Fieldbook usually means sync hasn't completed — or you're looking under the wrong field.

  1. Confirm scans have synced. Results only appear after sync. If you scanned offline or on an unstable connection, get to stable Wi-Fi and wait a few minutes.
  2. Navigate Farm → Field → Cropyear and view the trendline. Each scan appears as a black dot on the chart.
  3. Filter and export as CSV (analysis) or PDF (sharing).
  4. Hard-refresh the page — Ctrl+Shift+R (Windows) or Cmd+Shift+R (Mac).
