Scan button does nothing

You press scan and nothing happens. Walk through these checks.

  1. Both status indicators green? WR and VS must both be green. If not, see Spectrometer indicators aren't both green.
  2. Farm, Field, and Sampling Location all selected? All three dropdowns at the top of the app must be populated.
  3. Cropyear exists for the field? Confirm an active cropyear is set up for the field you're scanning.
  4. Restart the Picketa app completely. Close it (not just minimize), then reopen.
