The unit won't connect to Wi-Fi

Can't get on Wi-Fi? Keep scanning offline and sort it out from a stable connection later.

  1. Switch to offline mode and keep scanning. Scans sync automatically when you're back in range.
  2. Double-check the network name and password. Case-sensitive. Type manually — don't rely on autofill.
  3. Forget the network and reconnect. From Wi-Fi settings, forget the network and re-enter the password fresh.
  4. Use your phone as a hotspot — it's the most reliable backup at most field sites.
