Screen turns on but the software won't load

The unit powers on but the LENS app hangs or stays blank.

  1. Wait 60 seconds. The software loads slowly in cold weather. Give it a full minute before assuming it's stuck.
  2. Restart the unit. Hold the power button for 5 seconds to power off, then press again to power on.
  3. Warm the unit above 5°C if cold. Bring it inside the cab of the truck or somewhere out of the cold for a few minutes, then try again.
