Scan completes but no result appears

The scan finished but no values came up. Usually a timing or sync issue.

  1. Wait the full ~2 minutes for analysis. Results don't appear instantly.
  2. Check for offline mode. If you're offline, the scan status is cached — that's normal. It will sync and display when you reconnect.
  3. Check the scan history. Open the scan history in the app — the result may have been saved without displaying on the live view.
