Every nutrient is zero, or all values are the same — usually a disconnected fiber cable.

  1. Check the fiber optic cable (Part C). Look for disconnection or kinks.
  2. Fully reseat the 45° connector at both ends.
  3. Confirm Part B is on and the probe tip light is visible.
  4. Restart the software, recalibrate, and scan a fresh leaf.
