Every nutrient is zero, or all values are the same — usually a disconnected fiber cable.
- Check the fiber optic cable (Part C). Look for disconnection or kinks.
- Fully reseat the 45° connector at both ends.
- Confirm Part B is on and the probe tip light is visible.
- Restart the software, recalibrate, and scan a fresh leaf.
